"A nephew of the late philosopher Isaiah Berlin and the great-grandson of a famous general from Berlin met yesterday in Brussels to discuss the common threats facing Israel, Germany and the 18 other countries that are members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). The great-grandson is Gebhardt von Moltke, Germany's ambassador to NATO and formerly the political deputy - a position reserved for the German representative - of the alliance's secretary-general. The nephew is Efraim Halevy, the head of the Mossad, Israel's espionage agency, or as he is usually introduced in English, the chief of the ISIS (Israel secret intelligence service). SIS is the official name of MI6, the British version of the Mossad; Halevy was born in Britain and came to Israel as a youth.

After decades of delaying, the United Nations finally released archives from the Second World War-era war crimes commission investigating the Nazi Holocaust. The source of those archives on Nazi war crimes were Western governments, including those in exile at the time of the war, such as the Belgian, Polish and Czechoslovakian. The time period covered is 1943-1949. Washington and London had long sought to halt the release. Why?

Notably, the landmark publication of the files last month was given scant Western media coverage. Surprisingly, perhaps, because the story that can be gleaned from the documents tells of a hidden history of the Second World War, namely the systematic collusion between the American and British governments and the Nazi Third Reich.

As a report in Deutsche Welle remarked on the released archives: «The files make clear that [Western] Allied forces knew more about the Nazi concentration camp system before the end of the war than has generally been thought».

This revelation points to more than just «knowledge» among the Western allies of Nazi-era crimes; it points more damningly to state collusion. This would also explain why Washington and London have been reluctant to make the UN war crimes files publicly available.

There has long been a controversial debate among Western nations about why the US and Britain in particular did not do more to bomb the Nazi infrastructure of death camps and railroads. Washington and London have often made the claim that they did know the full extent of the horror being perpetrated by the Nazis until the very end of the war when extermination centers such as at Auschwitz and Treblinka were liberated – by the Soviet Red Army, it should be noted too.

However, what the latest release of UN Holocaust files shows is that Washington and London were indeed well aware of the Nazi Final Solution in which millions of European Jews and Slavic people were being systematically worked to death or exterminated in gas chambers. So the question again is: why did the US and Britain not direct more of their aerial bombing campaign to destroy the Nazi infrastructure?

One possible answer is that these Western allies had a callous disregard for the Nazi victims. Washington and London establishments were themselves accused of harboring antisemitic prejudices, as can be seen from the scandals when both these governments spurned thousands of European Jewish refugees during the Second World War, in effect sending many of them to their deaths under the Nazi regime.

Not excluding the above factor of Western racist insouciance, there is a second more disturbing factor. That the Western governments, or at least powerful sections, were loath to hamper the Nazi war effort against the Soviet Union. Notwithstanding that the Soviet Union was a nominal «ally» of the West for the defeat of Nazi Germany.

This perspective harks to a radically different conception of the Second World War in contrast to that narrated in official Western versions. In this alternative historical account, the rise of the Nazi Third Reich was deliberately fomented by American and British rulers as a bulwark in Europe against the spread of communism. Adolf Hitler’s rabid anti-Semitism was matched only by his detest of Marxism and the Slavic people of the Soviet Union. In the Nazi ideology, they were all «Untermenschen» (subhumans) to be exterminated in a «Final Solution».

So, when Nazi Germany was attacking the Soviet Union and carrying out its Final Solution from June 1941 until late 1944, little wonder then that the US and Britain showed a curious reluctance to commit their military forces fully to open up a Western Front. The Western allies were evidently content to see the Nazi war machine doing what it was originally intended to do: to destroy the primary enemy to Western capitalism as represented by the Soviet Union. This is not to say that all American and British political leaders shared or were even aware of this tacit strategic vision. Leaders like President Franklin Roosevelt and Prime Minister Winston Churchill appeared to be genuinely committed to defeating Nazi Germany. Nevertheless, their individual views must be set against a background of systematic collusion between powerful Western corporate interests and Nazi Germany.

As American author David Talbot documented in his book, The Devil’s Chessboard: Allen Dulles, the CIA and the Rise of America’s Secret Government (2015), there were massive financial links between Wall Street and the Third Reich, going back several years before the outbreak of the Second World War.

Allen Dulles, who worked for the Wall Street law firm Sullivan and Cromwell and who later headed up the American Central Intelligence Agency, was a key player in the linkage between US capital and German industry. American industrial giants, such as Ford, GM, ITT and Du Pont were invested heavily in German industrial counterparts like IG Farben (manufacturer of Zyklon B, the poisonous gas used in the Holocaust), Krupp Steel and Daimler. American capital, as well as British, was thus integrated into the Nazi war machine and the latter’s dependence on the system of slave labor as provided by the Final Solution.

This would explain why the Western allies did so little to disrupt the Nazi infrastructure with their undoubted formidable aerial bombing capacity. Far more damning than mere inertia or indifference owing to racist prejudice towards the Nazi victims, what emerges is that the Americans and British capitalist elite were invested in the Third Reich. Mainly for the purpose of eliminating the Soviet Union and any kind of genuinely socialist global movement. Bombing Nazi infrastructure would have been tantamount to deleting Western assets.

To this end, as the war was drawing to a close and the Soviet Union looked poised to roll up the Third Reich singlehandedly, the Americans and British belatedly stepped up their war efforts from western and southern Europe. The goal was one of salvaging Western assets remaining in the Nazi regime. Allen Dulles, the director of the-soon-to-be-formed American Central Intelligence Agency, extricated top Nazis and their gold looted from Europe in secret surrender deals known as Operation Sunrise. Britain’s military intelligence MI6 was also involved in the clandestine American effort to salvage Nazi assets via ratlines. The bad faith on display to the Soviet «allies» heralded the chill of the ensuing Cold War that immediately followed the Second World War.

Significant and damning testimony of what was going down was given recently in a BBC interview by Ben Ferencz, the most senior surviving US prosecutor from the Nuremberg trials. At age 98, Ferencz was still able to lucidly recall how scores of Nazi war criminals were let off the hook by the American and British authorities. Ferencz cited US General George Patton who remarked just before the final surrender of the Third Reich in early May 1945, as saying: «We’re fighting the wrong enemy». Patton’s candid expression of deeper animosity towards the Soviet Union than towards Nazi Germany was consistent with how the US and British ruling class had been colluding with Hitler’s Third Reich in a geo-strategic war against the Soviet Union and worker-led socialist movements arising across Europe and America.

In other words, the Cold War which the US and Britain embarked on after 1945 was but a continuation of hostile policy towards Moscow that was already underway well before the Second World War erupted in 1939 in the form of a build up of Nazi Germany. For various reasons, it became expedient for the Western powers to liquidate the Nazi war machine, along with the Soviet Union. But as can be seen, the Western assets residing in the Nazi machine were recycled into American and British Cold War posture against the Soviet Union. It is a truly damning legacy that American and British military intelligence agencies were consolidated and financed by Nazi crimes.

The recent release of UN Holocaust files – in spite of American and British prevarication over many years – add more evidence to the historical analysis that these Western powers were deeply complicit in the monumental crimes of the Nazi Third Reich. They knew about these crimes because they had helped facilitate them. And the complicity stemmed from Western hostility towards Russia as a perceived geopolitical rival.

This is not a mere historical academic exercise. Western complicity with Nazi Germany also finds a corollary in the present-day ongoing hostility from Washington, Britain and their NATO allies towards Moscow. The relentless build up of NATO offensive forces around Russia’s borders, the endless Russophobia in Western propagandistic news media, the economic blockade in the form of sanctions based on tenuous claims, are all deeply rooted in history.

The West’s Cold War towards Moscow preceded the Second World War, continued after the defeat of Nazi Germany and persists to this day regardless of the fact that the Soviet Union no longer exists. Why? Because Russia is a perceived rival to Anglo-American capitalist hegemony, as is China or any other emerging power that undermines that desired unipolar hegemony.

American-British collusion with Nazi Germany finds its modern-day manifestation in NATO collusion with the neo-Nazi regime in Ukraine and jihadist terror groups dispatched in proxy wars against Russian interests in Syria and elsewhere. The players may change over time, but the root pathology is American-British capitalism and its hegemonic addiction.

Christianity is under onslaught by an age-old plan to infiltrate it, to hijack it, neutralize it, use it to further a Zionist Global NWO Agenda and then to destroy it. This attack on Russia was to be the first step, followed by the take-down of Europe, then America and then China, then Malaysia and then Japan.

These Bolshevik communist leaders stole all the gold cups, art and valuables from the churches and from Christians and kept it for themselves. They also stole all the Tsar’s family crown jewels, art and gold and any valuables they could find anywhere in Russia.

The folks who created Bolshevism intended to take it westward from Russia, and then eastward too, and eventually eradicate Christianity from the whole Earth. This was always their main motivation for deploying Bolshevist Communism and any kind of major, state-based totalitarian socialism, even in kinder friendlier forms.

This ideology extends to the typical Christian belief that Israel as a nation-state must be supported, no matter what, and that it is okay for Israelis to take land from the Palestinians to build new settlements, since supposedly God gave it to the Jews in the first place, and it is their ancestral right.

There are many falsities associated with this doctrine of Christian Zionism. Let’s list the prominent ones here. These were never supposed to be exposed publicly.
1. A recent peer reviewed genetic study from John Hopkins by a Jewish MD showed that approximately 97.5% of Israeli Jews living in Israel have absolutely NO Hebrew blood at all and are from ancient Khazaria in Eastern Europe, now the Ukraine. And some were called Ashkenazis and ARE NOT Semites at all, while approximately 80% of the Palestinians have ancient Hebrew blood and are true Semites. This has secretly been admitted to in the highest echelons of the Israeli government and was leaked in a largely ignored article.

2. Zionism originated as a secular Judaic social movement and most Orthodox and hard-core Torah (Old Testament Judaics) do not accept it as true and believe that the resettlement of Israel by the British Balfour proclamation beginning in 1947 was wrong because it was un-scriptural.

3. These Torah-believing Judaics, mostly Orthodox, believe that God divorced the Hebrews for their continued sin and worship of false gods and unwillingness to listen to the prophets that God sent to warn them. They do not believe that Judaics have any ancestral right to the land of Palestine because of this divorce described in Jeremiah 3, verse 8:

“And I saw, when for all the causes whereby backsliding Israel committed adultery I had put her away, and given her a bill of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah feared not, but went and played the harlot also (KJV).”

The Bible refers to Israel as God’s Chosen People as a genetic group, which were called the Hebrews, but He divorced them for their continued sin and lack of repentance and the promised land he gave them was called Palestine. After God divorced the Hebrews who had been His chosen people which He selected to use to reveal his very presence to the world, he grafted in the gentiles to become his new Chosen People according to New Testament bible scripture, while promising to maintain a remnant of Hebrew to bring forth later and once again reveal Himself to.

5. When God divorced the Hebrews, the tribes split up from one nation into two, the northern ten tribes which were called “Israel” and a separate nation of the remaining two tribes called Judah, since that part of Palestine was called Judea. After Jesus’ crucifixion, the Roman Caesar ordered the Hebrew nation and their Temple to be destroyed because of their continued rebellions. The Hebrews scattered and migrated to many places all over Europe.

6. Committed Torah Judaics reject the Babylonian Talmudism, the Kabbalah and other mystical texts and declare the Torah (Old Testament of the Bible to be Supreme) and follow it, often to the letter of the law. Because they do not accept Jesus Christ (who was of Hebrew blood) to be their messiah, they are still awaiting the appearance of the true messiah and do expect him to come.

When the Hebrews were captured by the Babylonians and taken into captivity, a small select group of their top, elite leaders had started worship the Babylonian God Baal, and became involved in the worship rituals, which provided them with strange mystical powers. When their captivity ended, these secret Black arts of Baal-worship were continued by a small group within the top Hebrew religious leaders, who were called the Pharisees.

This means American Christians must realize that they have been falsely indoctrinated with Christian Zionism and stop allowing a secret satanic cult to neutralize the Gospel of Jesus Christ and prevent them from presenting the true Christ the way that Jesus lived it, as our saving grace and the certain means to peace, joy and an eternal life.

The bottom line is this. The same secret group of the world’s most power financiers, a secret group of a small number of the City of London bankers and their stateside franchisees of the largest Wall Street Banks are still hard at work and deeply committed to eradicate Christianity and Christians from America.

When they do this in any nation, based on their history, we know that they mass-murder all Christian clergy and believers, including women and children and steal all their assets for themselves. They transform the state to become the peoples’ new god, after they have destroyed or neutralized all Christianity.

South Korea has just elected a liberal president who favors rebuilding tattered relations with neighboring North Korea, which could signal a policy shift and mute heightened saber-rattling on the peninsula.

On the campaign trail Moon Jae-in promised to offer a more active diplomatic approach to North Korea centered around more open dialogue with Pyongyang.

Moon, a former human rights lawyer, won 41.4 percent of the vote on Tuesday.


The president-elect also said that he would not allow North Korea to advance its nuclear programme, while criticizing the last two governments for failing to stop its development, saying the hardline policy employed over the last decade has not worked.

Moon also campaigned on a National Interest First policy and wrote in a book, published in January, that South Korea should learn to say “no to America.”

Should South Korea employ a new approach with its northern neighbour, it could complicate the 2016 agreement between the US and Seoul to deploy a Terminal High Altitude Area Defence (THAAD) system in the country.

“South Korea should be more independent from the United States because of its containment policy in North-East Asia, and also the United States wanted South Korea to be sort of a bulwark against communism,” Simone Chun of the Korea Peace Network told RT.

“I think that perspective has to change,” she continued.

“People are right now strongly demanding new policies and change, so there I think that the US should also take a different perspective... which means respecting sovereignty and giving more power to the new South Korean president to take the initiative.”

“South Korea can take initiative and be proactive in implementing new policy which can lead toward peace and stability in the Korean peninsula,” added Chun.

Moon is replacing his predecessor Park Geun-hye who was impeached in March over corruption charges.

The election of South Korean President Moon Jae-in presents a historic opportunity for the country to earn its rightful place in the Multipolar Century.

South Korea is widely applauded for being one of the Four Asian Tigers which drove regional economic growth for decades during the Old Cold War, but despite its impressive prosperity, the country has lived under the US' shadow the entire time. The contemporary global situation has markedly shifted as the world undergoes the lengthy transition from unipolarity to multipolarity, yet South Korea's relationship with the US remains mostly unchanged, and this is holding it back from realizing its full geopolitical potential.

While it's true that the government did in fact pursue somewhat of an independent "Sunshine Policy" of rapprochement towards North Korea from 1998-2008, the conservative authorities which have led the country for roughly the decade since have largely dismantled any positive progress from that time. Even worse, they've put South Korea's pragmatic relationship with China in jeopardy in order to satisfy Washington's grand strategic objectives vis-a-vis Beijing and Moscow with THAAD.

Moon, however, pledged to change all of that, campaigning on a broad platform, which emphasized sovereignty for South Korea and equality with each of its partners. He was also voted into office because he ran on an anti-corruption ticket promising to dismantle the influence that family-run megacorporations exert over the government, partially the reason why former President Park Geun-hye was impeached for abuse of power.

South Korea's new leader basically branded himself as a breath of fresh air in a stale political climate, and true to his populist positions, he immediately said that he'd be a "president for the people" following news that he won the election by a landslide. Accordingly, should Moon succeed in his stated agenda, then he has the chance to historically redefine South Korea's place on the world stage and turn it into a powerful multipolar actor in Asian affairs.

Here are the three promises Moon has to deliver on if he hopes to achieve that.

Reform the Chaebol System

"Chaebols" is the Korean term for large family-owned multinational corporations, which have come to dominate the country's economic scene and have subsequently turned into discrete political powers in their own right. In fact, it was a chaebol scandal with Samsung that was one of the many reasons why South Korea's former leader was deposed of on corruption charges. The average Korean is sick and tired of the hidden hand that these companies play over their lives, and they believe that Moon is their man to finally end it once and for all.

Just as Trump is finding out when it comes to making good on his signature slogan to "drain the swamp," Moon is going to have a very difficult time reforming the chaebol system and purging its influence from politics. There are very clear constitutional constraints to what he can do, and his party doesn't have enough parliamentary support to push through his agenda without entering a legislative quagmire full of complicated deal making and concessions. Moon wants to be a force of systemic change in his country, but the system might be much too powerful for one man alone to change.

The reason why he wants to reform the domestic status quo in South Korea is because it's evident to any savvy politician that the populist anti-chaebol sentiment in the country isn't going away anytime soon, and that it was already powerful enough to bring hundreds of thousands of people out into the street in pushing for the impeachment of the former president. South Koreans want to experience a real democracy, not a corporatocracy, and they've finally "woken up" to the systemic problems facing their country and united behind Moon as their best hope to change them.

Revive the Sunshine Policy

If Moon is serious about having South Korea emerge from the US' shadow, then he absolutely needs to carry through on his word to seek a rapprochement with North Korea. He used to be the chief of staff to former President Roh Moo-hyun who had executed the last five years of the decadelong Sunshine Policy, and Moon's campaign remarks have spoken favorably about reviving it in form. Therefore, whether it's called the same thing as before or something different this time around, South Korea's new leader must return to the policy set by his liberal predecessors and rely on it as the most pragmatic step needed to de-escalate the fearsome war mongering tensions prevalent in the peninsula nowadays.

North Korea didn't go crazy, just like the author explained in a previous Sputnik analysis from over a year ago, although it quite often goes overboard and is easily baited by the US in its reactions. Pyongyang has legitimate security threats, however, which include first and foremost the US' incessant saber rattling against it through live-fire war games right on its border. The reason why this unnerves North Korea so much is because such exercises could conveniently be used as a front for disguising an actual invasion of the country, and given Pyongyang's propensity to seemingly overreact to any provocation, it's both irresponsible and dangerous for the US to manipulate North Korea into this type of security dilemma.

The only realistic solution is for Moon to embrace the Chinese proposal that the US and South Korea halt their large-scale war games in exchange for North Korea suspending its nuclear program. The previous caretaker government outright rejected this idea because it wanted to retain political consistency with its conservative-led predecessor, but the people voted for Moon precisely because they crave a radical change in their country's domestic and foreign policies. If he follows in Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte's footsteps by bravely downscaling certain dimensions of his country's military relationship with its mutual defense treaty ally, then it could go a long way towards also improving the deteriorating relations between Seoul and Beijing.
Rebalance Between East and West

South Korea, by virtue of its geographic position, always does best whenever it balances between East and West. For example, one of the main reasons why the country became an Asian Tiger in the first place is because its location allowed it to skillfully manage cheap Chinese labor and hefty amounts of Japanese capital, which proved to be the winning formula that South Korea needed in order to develop during the strict leadership of General Park. Everything was running smoothly enough until Seoul committed to hosting THAAD, and the system actually began to be deployed on its soil just recently, which both Beijing and Moscow viewed as setting a precedent for further anti-missile deployments that could eventually undercut their nuclear second-strike capabilities. Russia isn't in a position to influence South Korea, but China definitely is, and Beijing's economic countermeasures against Seoul (which for all intents and purposes could be regarded as "unofficial sanctions") have had a noticeable impact on its economy.

If Moon doubles down on a new Sunshine Policy and correspondingly backtracks on his predecessor's THAAD agreement (relying on the decision's disputed constitutionality as a plausible justification), then he can restore his country's all-around relations with China and turn South Korea into a much more strategic balancer between East and West than it was even before the missile crisis began. In a sense, Moon would just be taking a page out of Duterte's playbook in leveraging his country's geostrategic position between China and the US in order to reap the most dividends from both of them as they each fiercely compete for his loyalty.

By playing coy when it comes to the future of THAAD and large-scale war games with the US, Seoul could incite Beijing and Washington into an even wilder rivalry than the one presently playing out for his country, and this would only serve South Korea's ultimate benefit due to its international profile rising as a result and the state subsequently becoming one of the most geostrategic pivots in the world.

For that to happen, however, South Korea must earn a reputation for neutrality and fair play, and it can only do that by distancing itself from the US' unipolar plans against China and Russia. This requires reviving the Sunshine Policy (and eventually Moscow's plans for a Korean Corridor) and relatedly reining in the US' military privileges on the peninsula, and if South Korea's new president can succeed in these tasks without first being stopped by the pro-US chaebol "deep state," then he'll go down in history for making his country the rising Moon of the East in the Multipolar Century.

“While I greatly appreciate you informing me, on three separate occasions, that I am not under investigation, I nevertheless concur with the judgment of the Department of Justice that you are not able to effectively lead the Bureau,” Trump told Comey in a letter.

The letter announcing the termination was hand-delivered to FBI headquarters by Keith Schiller, a Trump security aide, according to several reports citing a White House official.

A search for a new permanent FBI Director will begin immediately.

The firing of Comey comes days after he testified to Congress on investigations into alleged Russian meddling in the 2016 US election.

Earlier Tuesday, the FBI wrote to Congress to correct misstatements Comey made regarding a separate investigation into Hillary Clinton's mishandling of classified information.

Comey had testified that top Clinton aide Huma Abedin had forwarded "hundreds and thousands" of emails to her husband, former New York Congressman Anthony Weiner, the FBI clarified that most of those emails had been on his laptop via backup devices, while only a few had been the result of forwarded emails, the Associated Press reported.

Comey reportedly heard of the news from TV reports while addressing FBI employees at the Los Angeles field office, according to New York Times reporter Michael Schmidt and New York Magazine reporter Yashar Ali. Comey was due to speak at an FBI recruiting event in Hollywood Tuesday evening, but that speech has been canceled.

Rosenstein wrote that he could not defend "the Director's handling of the conclusion of the investigation of Secretary Clinton's emails, and I do not understand his refusal to accept the nearly universal judgment that he was mistaken."

"Almost everyone agrees that the Director made serious mistakes; it is one of the few issues that unites people of diverse perspectives," the deputy attorney general added in the memo to Attorney General Sessions.

Rosenstein cited the July 5, 2016 announcement by Comey that the probe into Clinton had concluded without prosecution, which Rosenstein said was not the function of an FBI director, but rather the DOJ.

Rosenstein called Comey's press conference "a textbook example of what federal prosecutors and agents are taught not to do."

US Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-California) said in a statement that Trump called her at 5:30pm and "indicated he would be removing Director Comey, saying the FBI needed a change." Feinstein added that "the next FBI director must be strong and independent and will receive a fair hearing in the Judiciary Committee," of which she is the ranking Democrat.

Acting as FBI director will be Andrew McCabe, who had been the deputy director under Comey. Attorney General Sessions is anticipated to name an interim replacement, while the process to confirm a permanent replacement takes shape.

Comey, 56, was appointed to head the FBI by former President Barack Obama in September 2013. FBI directors typically serve 10-year terms.

The only other time in US history an FBI director has been dismissed was in 1993, when President Bill Clinton and Attorney General Janet Reno pushed out William Sessions amid ethical concerns.

In spite of the corruption in governments around the world, there are signs of good things happening in the midst of the bad stuff. Soon after his inauguration, President Trump called in some ministers who have been working with him and anointed various parts of the White House with prayers of cleansing. This was after hauling away all of the Muslim furnishings that his predecessor had used to dedicate the White House to Islam.

Simply put, this means that the White House is now dedicated to Jesus Christ, and not to Mohammed. But there might be also another side effect to this, one that runs deeper than most people can imagine.

Washington DC itself was built by Freemasons, who designed the streets in a 6-pointed star to picture their goat-god, Baphomet. The White House was situated in the place of the “mouth” of the goat, in order to establish the presidents as the spokesmen for Baphomet. Essentially, our capital city was dedicated to Baphomet in the 1790’s. I was not part of Trump’s ministerial team who dedicated the White House to Jesus Christ, but this suggests that its dedication to Baphomet may have been officially reversed last January, at least on a spiritual level. Things are changing.

Some of the people in the highest positions in the cabinet are now meeting for Bible study and prayer once a week.

So the news is not all bad. I have no doubt that our prayers are being answered, even if the mainstream newspapers do not report it.

I understand that there are still many traditions of men being taught (and assumed to be true) in these Bible studies. They need greater light of revelation. But I would rather pray for them to receive this light than condemn them for not having it. I mean, why curse the darkness when we can light a candle? At least they are studying the Scriptures. As they seek to know truth, at some point God will give it to them, and I pray that with it will come hearts to receive it.

Perspective: Truth needs perspective. If truth is not accompanied by faith, it can be destructive and depressing. There are some whose mission is to educate everyone in all the bad things happening in their government. But such information, though helpful in many ways, is not the solution. At best, it might clarify the problem.

But over the years, I have found that too much “bad news,” however true, can generate fear and depression, rather than faith and joy. People can easily get the impression that God is losing this battle, and this can be a very depressing thought. My purpose is to strengthen you with faith and joy so that you can handle some of the bad news without being overthrown. I do not want to avoid the stark reality of the situation we find ourselves in today, as captives of Mystery Babylon. We do need to know what is going on, because the corruption is the very reason why God intends to overthrow Babylon. In other words, God is NOT being unjust in His judgments.

Nonetheless, a steady diet of bad news is unhealthy. Remember that Peter walked on water until he shifted his focus from Jesus to the wind and waves. Then he began to sink. We are all like Peter, and his lesson is for all of us. We need peripheral vision, but we need to focus on Jesus. We need to understand that there is a storm around us and that the danger is real, but we also need to walk on a firm foundation provided by Jesus Christ and His command to “Come.”

The Chinese government newspaper, Global Times, made public that a Hong Kong-based company called Frontier Services Group (FSG) will build two operational bases in Northwest China’s Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region and Southwest China’s Yunnan Province. Xinjiang and Yunnan provinces are at the heart or geographical pivot of China’s vast, developing One Bridge, One Road high-speed rail, port and energy pipeline infrastructure undertaking. What is notable about Beijing’s engaging this FSG security company, is its chairman.

The Chairman and principal operating executive of Frontier Services Group is the world’s most notorious mercenary, Erik Prince, founder of the now-defunct Blackwater Security. In an interview with the London Financial Times, Prince recently described his work with China stating, “We’re not serving Chinese foreign policy goals, we’re helping increase trade.” He added, “China trading with its neighbors and building infrastructure brings only benefits. We’re not serving Chinese foreign policy goals, we’re helping increase trade.” Prince goes on to insist, “This is not a Chinese version of Blackwater. FSG is a logistics company; we are not a security company. None of our people have been or will be armed. But security management is certainly part of the logistics process.”

Security management is euphemism for bodyguards. Maybe Prince’s people have mastered the martial arts skills of Jason Statham who never needs firearms. Or maybe he is a liar. In either case, it’s a major event that China makes Erik Prince, ex-Navy Seal, CIA asset and co-founder of the notorious Blackwater, as guardian of its strategic New Economic Silk Road.

CITIC

The relationship to the Chinese seems not at all minimal or uninformed. FSG’s largest investor is CITIC, an investment fund owned and controlled by the People’s Republic of China. CITIC owns 20% of Frontier Services Group. CITIC reportedly first met Erik Prince in 2013 when Prince was in Hong Kong looking for investors for his Africa security group. Along with Prince as board chairman, the board of FSG includes Dongyi Hua, who is tied with a subsidiary of CITIC, as Acting CEO. Dongyi Hua’s business address in Beijing is listed as CITIC Tower. Chun Shun Ko is Deputy Chairman at Frontier Services Group. Both are Chinese nationals based in Beijing.

The Chinese apparently first took notice of Prince because of his security work protecting oil and gas pipeline companies in conflict zones of Africa such as Nigeria against the al Qaeda-tied Boko Harem, as well as South Sudan where China has major oil investments. Now, in a March 21 interview in the Chinese state Global Times paper, Prince announced his FSG has been hired to build two of what the company calls “operational bases.” He stated that, “in late 2016, FSG expanded its geographic focus from purely Africa to include the Northwest and Southwest corridors of the One Belt and One Road initiative.” Erik Prince is responsible for security at the very heart of China’s One Belt, One Road project, a project that holds the promise of a positive alternative to the collapsing Atlantic world of NATO.

Prince stated in his interview with Global Times, “The Northwest corridor includes the countries of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Afghanistan and the Southwest corridor includes Myanmar, Thailand, Laos and Cambodia,” adding that “The planned new facility in China’s Yunnan Province will allow FSG to be able to better serve companies in the Southwest corridor. Subsequently, FSG will be opening a training facility in Xinjiang to serve businesses in the Northwest corridor.”

The FSG base in Northwest China’s Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region will be in the heart of CIA-instigated Uyghur terrorism activities. Xinjiang is home to the CIA-fostered East Turkistan Islamic Movement (ETIM) of Al Qaeda, active among Uyghur Muslims in Xinjiang. Xinjiang itself is the crossroads of most major international oil and gas pipelines into China from Kazakhstan, Russia and elsewhere as well as domestic China oilfields. The second “operational base” will be in Southwest China’s Yunnan Province, where Kunming is the strategic hub of the entire Myanmar oil and gas pipelines and deep water port to the Indian Ocean as well as the emerging crossroads of the vast One Road, One Road high-speed rail infrastructure under construction that will reach to Singapore and all Southeast Asia.

In it for the money?

Erik Prince insists that he is not building a “Chinese Blackwater,” but merely making business with the Chinese in their vast trade project to provide corporate security and other services. He insists that none of the security personnel of FSG are armed.

For their side, the official China Global Times interviewed Chinese experts who defend the hiring the private corporate security company of Erik Prince. Wu Xinbo, director of the Center for American Studies at Fudan University, told the Global Times that “security services for Chinese overseas enterprises should be bolstered to better implement the One Belt and One Road initiative. It is advisable for China to draw experience from private US companies.” Li Jiang, director of the international affairs department in the China Security and Protection Group, an arm of China’s Ministry of Public Security, added that

“Chinese companies desperately need overseas protection services. Chinese security service companies lack advanced management theories.”

Advanced “management theories” in private mercenary killing is certainly Erik Prince’s stock in trade. His Blackwater Security was hired by the CIA during the Iraq war in contracts amounting to over $600 million. Blackwater co-founder was Jamie Smith, was a former CIA officer who became Vice President of Blackwater USA and Director of Blackwater Security Company. Cofer Black, Blackwater vice-chairman from 2006 to 2009, was formerly director of the CIA’s Counterterrorist Center. In short Prince’s operation is a private CIA, unrestricted by US government restraints on covert operations.

Blackwater became notorious for the Nisour Square massacre in September 2007, when Blackwater employees opened fire in a crowded square in Baghdad, killing 17 Iraqi civilians including children, and seriously wounding 20 more. Three guards were convicted of 14 manslaughter charges, and another of murder, in a US court. After that in 2010 he sold the company and regrouped under the name Academi. In 2010 Prince’s company received another $100 million to do work for the CIA. In 2009 it was revealed that he was part of a CIA task force commissioned to kill terrorists. He even was hired to provide security to the Langley, Virginia CIA headquarters.

Trump Ties

Interesting to note as well are Erik Prince’s ties to the Donald Trump Administration. Prince, who knows Trump personally, gave over $100,000 to Trump’s election. His sister, billionaire Betsy DeVos of the AmWay family, is Trump Administration Secretary of Education. More to the point is that Prince is close friend to White House Chief Strategist in the Trump administration, Steve Bannon. According to one former US senior official, Prince had even advised the Trump transition team before January 20 on matters related to intelligence and defense, “including weighing in on candidates for the Defense and State departments.” In addition to Bannon, Erik Prince is close friend of vice President Mike Pence, who as Vice President cast a rare tie-breaking vote in the 50-50 vote in the Senate that allowed Prince’s sister, Betsy DeVos, to become Education Secretary. Prince is also close with billionaire hedge fund operator Robert Mercer of Renaissance Technologies, a key financier of Trump’s election and of Brexit in the UK.

It can well be and is perhaps likely, that the Beijing authorities see two gains from hiring Erik Prince to run security on the critical arteries of China’s One Belt, One Road. One is the fact that Erik Prince is demonstrably one of the world experts at corporate security in terrorist-prone regions. And he knows techniques perhaps unfamiliar to Chinese security companies. The second reason could well be Erik Prince’s intimate ties with a Trump Administration that rhetorically campaigned on a hard anti-China theme, where Beijing hopes that Prince as their “friend” with direct ties to Trump people, might be able to mediate better relations with Washington.

If that is the case, Chinese authorities might reconsider whether in pursuit of those understandable goals, they have just sanctioned a sly and highly dangerous fox to guard the henhouse called the One Bridge, One Road.
