I am only aware of Roman Catholics, Anglicans, and Gospel Hall using wine, as in fermented grape juice in their communion services, however, I am also aware that there are probably others that also use it. Baptists, Seventh-day Adventists, and unknown others use the unfermented, or fresh grape juice in their communion services.
Does anybody know when the change from the use of the unfermented grape juice, which the Bible also refers to as wine, to the fermented grape juice took place, by who, and why?

Wouldn't it be prudent to first establish which of the kinds of wine was actually used originally?

From my understanding of the character and purity of God and what God has to say about fermented grape juice, unfermented grape juice was originally used and obviously changed later on as part of the deception of the devil to change everything possible from the original to the counferfeit, from the true to the false.
