Isn't that what he meant by "occur again"? Mike, My problem is with the phrase: "There is a sense in which justification might be considered a repeating experience." As the passages above testify, "daily conversion" does not imply sinning and repenting daily; instead, it describes successfully keeping our inherited and cultivated sinful traits and tendencies under the control of a sanctified will and mind as we abide in Jesus, partake of the divine nature, and mature daily in the fruits of the Spirit. Reconversion must occur daily, whether we sin or not. But something disturbs me, and it is that what you write gives the impression that you never sin.

The phrase is - "Also, if reconversion is considered a daily experience, there is a sense in which justification might be considered a repeating experience." The word "repeating", in this case, means "a continuation of".
And, as you said, reconversion must occur daily even if we don't sin. Do I ever sin? I sin every time I neglect to abide in Jesus. I sin every time I cease partaking of the divine nature. However, the promises I posted on the previous page pertain to people who are actively, aggressively abiding in Jesus, who are partaking of the divine nature. Such people, in such a state - do not and cannot commit a known sin. Do you agree?

The phrase is - "Also, if reconversion is considered a daily experience, there is a sense in which justification might be considered a repeating experience." The word "repeating", in this case, means "a continuation of". So "a repeating experience" doesn't mean "an experience which is repeated (over and over again)"? However, the promises I posted on the previous page pertain to people who are actively, aggressively abiding in Jesus, who are partaking of the divine nature. Such people, in such a state - do not and cannot commit a known sin. Do you agree? Yes, while we are abiding in Jesus we do not commit known sins. But my problem is generally a sudden sin when I momentarily cease to abide in Jesus.
