On the same day we had TWO near Earth experiences.

The sign that we are waiting for that shows the end of probation is a Meteor hitting a populated area with expensive mansions.

Last night a scene was presented before me. I may never feel free to reveal all of it, but I will reveal a little.
It seemed that an immense ball of fire came down upon the world, and crushed large houses. From place to place rose the cry, “The Lord has come! The Lord has come!” Many were unprepared to meet Him, but a few were saying, “Praise the Lord!” “Why are you praising the Lord?” inquired those upon whom was coming sudden destruction.
“Because we now see what we have been looking for.”
“If you believed that these things were coming, why did you not tell us?” was the terrible response. “We did not know about these things. Why did you leave us in ignorance? Again and again you have seen us; why did you not become acquainted with us, and tell us of the judgment to come, and that we must serve God, lest we perish? Now we are lost!” {RC 243.6}

The events of today show us it can happen any time.

Yes. The Lord is speaking.

Let's not write it off as co-incidence. What are the chances of one of the most spectacular meteor showers in history, "balls of fire" causing millions of dollars in property damage and hundreds of injuries occurring hours before a large asteroid (a meteor is an asteroid that enters earth's atmosphere and either burns up in the atmosphere or impacts the earth) passes closer than any object of that size than we've ever seen in the last 15 years that we've been able to track them? If an asteroid of the size that just missed us a few hour ago fell on an unpopulated area it would still cause partial global destruction. Since over 70 percent of the earth's surface is covered by water, the chances of it falling in the oceans is about 70 percent. Revelation 8 says: Scientists tell us that based on the trajectories, the two events today are unrelated. They are probably right in the sense that the Russian meteor was not a break-away chunk of the asteroid named "2012 DA14" that just missed us, but again, what are the chances of the two events happening within hours of each other? The Lord is pointing us to the vision of Ellen White and to the trumpets of Revelation 8 to 11 that are soon to sound.

Anyone else want to tell me if the prophecy I quoted above could be this event? You all have me second guessing myself. So please, anyone else want to say something about the quote from the Book 'Reflecting Christ' quoted above?

Here it is again. Look at how she worded it. An "immense ball of fire"...

Has this been fulfilled? I don't want to sound like an alarmist but... Praise God Jesus is coining!

Mark asks what are the chances? Much higher than winning the lottery! The event that happened in Russia has happened before, and may happen when we are not looking because the earth is 70% water. These fire balls have happened before, and will most likely happen again.

Was this the event that EGW saw and wrote about? Where there any beautiful mansions destroyed? Not from the images that I have seen. But clearly this event could be one of the many events that will happen before the second comming. Such as deeds of violence, gluttony and intemperance, wars and disasters, earthquakes and floods, crime, pestilence, famine, and false prophets! Read LDE chapter 2.

In the first dream she had on the subject it says that it "crushed large houses, it doesn't say mansions in the first quote, then she had another dream and they don't seem to be the same event because she says many fire balls in that one. That's where she mentions the mansions.

But my original point is, when have we ever seen anything this close to what Mrs White said? Have you ever seen a fireball hit earth before?

But you are willing to discount what Mrs White prophesied?

Do any of you know what a 'normalcy Bias' is?

Many many people have died by it. They see the signs but cannot believe their eyes, so they make up excuses to justify the situation and then the next thing they know they are over taken by the flames, or the flood or the tsunami.

With all of the evidence that is being presented before you, I cannot believe we as a people cannot see the flames for the smoke.

Why Yes I have! - I have seen a fireball that lit up the whole sky at night. It was spectacular and cause quite a stir among those that saw it. This was in the 1960s. The object hit the earth far south of where we were.

Do note that in this Russian event, that no house was "crushed" by the object. There is a lot of pressure damage. Note also that there are also reports of fireballs over California and Cuba this morning.

Fireballs are just one thing that EGW talks about. Gluttony and Intemperance are another. Earthquakes and floods. It is fascinating to read her reports of false prophets.
