These laws (not arbitrary at all) include things like:
1. Eating properly
2. Getting enough rest
3. Having a cheerful, worry free attitude
4. Generally having a balanced healthful life style
5. Abstaining from harmful substances
6. Abstaining from revelry and other soul and body destroying vices.
etc. etc. etc. Why do sinners have the desire to transgress these laws? Our righteousness is like filthy rags. Holy angels do this things naturally. Sinners transgress these laws naturally.
