My comment: If this article is correct, we should see some type of Russian action this coming September. Whether this comes or not, the article below is a good summary of the US-Russia dispute over Ukraine and Syria. It also gives a good report of the Turkey involvement and current situation of sendings troops in Syria when uninvited.

Russia Update: Now Mobilization of 300,000 TROOPS! ! !
http://boinnk.nl/121177/rusland-mobiliseert/

Quote:

Post by Newsroom
– Aug 30, 2016

On Monday, August 29, we reported that Russia had mobilized Reserve Army Troops for the first time since the 1968 invasion of Czechoslovakia. Today, Tuesday August 30, we have found that the total mobilization is actually 80 mobilization brigades. About 10 tank brigades, 30 motor rifle brigades, 20 artillery and 20 other support brigades. So about 300,000 men. Our original story appears HERE.

SuperStation95 has reached out to our contacts in the Pentagon, The Intelligence Community and the State Department and the answers we’re getting are very serious.

According to the Pentagon, there has never been a mobilization like this in Russia before. The shear size of it is described by seasoned Pentagon officials as “staggering!” According to two separate sources in the Intelligence Community, various intel sources indicate the Russians intend to take action – but they are not certain if that action will be in Ukraine, Syria or . . . Turkey. The fear is that the size of this mobilization may mean “all of the above.”

Our source in the Pentagon put it this way:

Quote:
Russia has also mobilized divisions of the National Guard, and the NAF is mobilizing its reserves to go from 35,000 men to 95,000.
Russia has assured this will be a coalition war by sending its CSTO allies to the Belarussian-Polish border. So that includes units from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan.
When you count it all up, Russia and allies now have something like half a million men on alert opposite Ukraine, the Baltics and Poland.
I’ve never seen anything like it.

Let’s recap a little as to how things got so bad.

In Ukraine, the lawfully and democratically elected President, Yanukovich, was overthrown after tens of thousands of Ukraine citizens protested – often violently – for months. It turned out that it was the United States and its NATO allies who bankrolled the protesters, to the tune of five Billion dollars! This was proven when Russian intelligence tapped a phone call between Deputy Secretary of State Gloria Nuland and her staff in the US State Department. Recordings of that conversation were made public by Russia and contained the infamous comment by Nuland “Fuck Europe.”

The reason the US and NATO bankrolled the overthrow of the Ukrainian government was due to the fact that Yanukovich was aligned with Moscow. The US and NATO wanted Ukraine to be more aligned with the West, but Yanukovich wouldn’t budge. So the US and NATO bankrolled protests and ultimately, Yanukovich had to flee for his life into Russia. That allowed the US and NATO to set up a puppet government in Ukraine’s capital, Kiev, which is now favorable to the west.

When the former Soviet Union disintegrated in 1991, Russia sought — and was given — a guarantee by the US: NATO would “not move even one inch east” toward Russia. That promise, by then Secretary of State James Baker, turned out to be totally false. In a short time span, the former Soviet states of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania applied for membership in NATO and it was granted. Next came Poland and Romania. Granted.

Left in all this change was Ukraine . . . until the west moved to overthrow that government.

This overthrow was intolerable by the Russians. For years, Moscow watched as NATO not only moved one-inch further east, but made giant leaps and was now positioning troops and armor along Russia’s western Border. When the Ukraine government was overthrown, Russia took action.

They began by moving about twenty thousand troops to their Black Sea Naval Fleet base in southern Ukraine; a peninsula called Crimea. Within days, those troops moved out into Crimea and annexed the peninsula. They claimed that Crimea was once part of Russia — it was — but was given to Ukraine by Kruschev. They also claimed that ethnic Russians inside Crimea were being discriminated against by Kiev and they wanted to return to being part of Russia. A Referendum was held and more than 80% of the voters in Crimea voted to return to Russia.

The US and NATO countries claimed the referendum was fraught with fraud and will not recognize the movement of Crimea back into Russia. The US and NATO imposed economic sanctions upon Russia until Crimea is given back to Ukraine. Russia has made clear, Crimea is now a permanent part of Russia and it is not going anywhere.

After Crimea was annexed, Ethnic Russians in eastern Ukraine, near Donbas and Luhansk, reported they were being “ethnically cleansed” by the Kiev government. They called to Russia for help. Shortly thereafter, “little green men” in brand new, UNMARKED army uniforms, armed with state of the art weapons systems including tanks, missile launchers and the like, began appearing in eastern Ukraine and forcing the Ukraine authorities OUT. Thus began a proxy war in eastern Ukraine between Russia and Ukraine/US/NATO. But the US and NATO have to move cautiously because Ukraine is NOT a member of NATO.

The Ethnic Russians in eastern Ukraine have made great strides and fighting in that part of Ukraine tends to be fierce. The fighting has now gone on for a couple years, and given developments around the world, it appears that this fight will be brought to a violent conclusion by a massive Russian invasion.

Intel analysts believe the invasion will take place in September, after the G-20 Summit in China. They also know that the Russians can move with so much power, so many troops and so much armor, that Ukraine would fall within days . . . with NATO utterly powerless to do anything about it.

In the interim, Syria has been faced with US (and NATO) backed “rebels” trying to overthrow its democraticallyelected President, Bashar Assad. The trouble began with a memo written by then-Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, who wrote that Assad needed to be overthrown “to help Israel.” In fact, it was Assad’s refusal to allow a gas pipeline from Qatar to traverse Syria to supply Europe with natural gas, that actually caused the trouble.

Syria is — and has always been — an ally of Russia. Europe does not like being so dependent upon Russian gas supplies, so the Arabs in Qatar agreed to run a huge gas pipeline from Qatar through several countries, including Syria, then on to Europe. But Assad in Syria knew this would harm Russia, so he refused the pipeline. That’s when a whole slew of “Friends of Syria” started calling Assad a “brutal dictator” and alsobegan arming “rebels” to overthrow him.

When things got bad for Syria, Assad pleaded with Russia for military assistance, and Russia agreed. The Russians made incredible strikes throughout Syria, clobbering both ISIS Terrorists and US-Backed Rebels. This did not sit well with US and NATO ally, Turkey, which was caught accepting stolen oil from ISIS, and supplying ISIS with weapons to overthrow Assad! So Turkey asked Russia to stop attacking the rebels and Russia refused. Turkey then shot down a Russian Fighter jet. Big mistake.

Turkey then made moves to get back into the good graces of Russia, which lead to an alleged Military Coupattempt to overthrow Turkish President Erdogan. The Turkish president was quick to blame the United States for the attempted Coup and relations between the US and Turkey got so bad, so fast, that the US had to remove its 50-80 nuclear weapons from Turkey’s Incirlik air base because the US no longer trusts Turkey.

Throughout these affairs, Turkey has pushed to introduce its ground troops into Syria under the guise of “fighting ISIS.” But since everyone now knows that ISIS is pals with Turkey, and that Turkey supports ISIS, it is clear to everyone who pays attention, that Turkey’s real goal is to assist ISIS and overthrow Bashar Assad of Syria to get the Qatar pipeline built.

Prior to Turkey sending in its troops, both the Syrian and Russian governments announced to the entire world “If any foreign troops enter Syria without the permission of the Syrian government, those troops will be attacked.” Turkey has now flatly ignored that warning and sent troops and tanks into northern Syria.

According to a source in the US State Department, negotiations between the US and Russia for resolution of “the Syria problem” have failed. With no Diplomatic solution in sight, the State Department is terrified that Russia is going to settle the Syria problem by force . . . by attacking and destroying the remaining Rebels (and ISIS) and by totally smashing the Turksh Army units inside Syria.

Turkey is a member of NATO and would likely try to invoke the NATO defense Treaty if their troops were attacked. But Turkey won;t be able to invoke that Treaty because Turkish troops illegally entered Syria! So it look as though Turkey is going to be left swinging in the breeze by NATO as Russia comes in and stomps them out of Syria.

In order for Russia to accomplish operations in both Ukraine and Syria, they would need about . . . two hundred thousand to three hundred thousand men. Exactly the numbers they have just mobilized.

See where this is going? World War 3. After the G-20 Meeting in China, this September. Watch for it.

Suprised? The US mass-media is the ONLY mass-media worldwide which is NOT covering all these developments. Everyone else around the world knows things are coming to a fight; it’s just folks in the USA being kept ignorant. Must be the Obama “transparency” at work.

The failure of the Brzezinski Doctrine

Aug 27, 2016
by Stephen Jones
Quote:
The Brzezinski Doctrine, which has dominated US geopolitical policy since the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991, is now being modified by its own originator. Brzezinski had previously pushed for US dominance in the world—essentially arguing the importance of maintaining a US Empire at the expense of Russia and China. But now he has now written a new article, essentially telling the world that US dominance is no longer feasible or possible.

For those unfamiliar with the Brzezinski Doctrine, set forth in his 1997 book, The Grand Chessboard," see my weblog from February 2015 here:

http://www.gods-kingdom-ministries.net/daily-weblogs/2015/02-2015/the-brink-of-war/

Brzezinski's new analysis tells us that the US government’s attempt to contain Russia and China has failed. They have risen in spite of America’s attempts to suppress them economically, isolate them politically, and surround them militarily. The kings of the east have risen, and now, says Brzezinski, the US needs to ally with one of them in order to maintain global stability. Perhaps he is signaling that the doctrine of confrontation is now being modified to one of cooperation and partnership, where the US government is willing to share the world stage as an equal partner, rather than as a dominant boss.

Brzezinski’s article, Toward a Global Realignment, was published on April 17, 2016.

http://www.the-american-interest.com/2016/04/17/toward-a-global-realignment/

Quote:
“Five basic verities regarding the emerging redistribution of global political power and the violent political awakening in the Middle East are signaling the coming of a new global realignment.

“The first of these verities is that the United States is still the world’s politically, economically, and militarily most powerful entity but, given complex geopolitical shifts in regional balances, it is no longer the globally imperial power. But neither is any other major power.”

He tells us that after World War II, the USA emerged as the richest and most powerful nation on earth, and that when the Soviet Union collapsed in 1991, the USA became the only superpower on the earth.

Quote:
“The fact is that there has never been a truly ‘dominant’ global power until the emergence of America on the world scene. Imperial Great Britain came close to becoming one, but World War I and later World War II not only bankrupted it but also prompted the emergence of rival regional powers. The decisive new global reality was the appearance on the world scene of America as simultaneously the richest and militarily the most powerful player. During the latter part of the 20thcentury no other power even came close.

That era is now ending.

The purpose of his first thesis in the 1990’s was designed to show what the US had to do to maintain its global hegemony. But now, Brzezinski is admitting that the US failed to maintain its dominance. Russia and China have risen steadily, and the resistance they both felt from the US State Department has only served to push the two former enemies together. First they became economic partners, and now they are widening their friendship as military allies.

The US is stronger than either Russia or China separately, but a China-Russian alliance creates an entirely new superpower that demands US cooperation, not confrontation. Because “The United States… is no longer the globally imperial power,” Brzezinski sees “a new global realignment” coming.

This is truly a major shift in the world that reflects Bible prophecies regarding the fall of Babylon to a coalition of “the kings from the east” (Revelation 16:12). The main difference is that in ancient times these kings overthrowing Babylon were from Media and Persia, whereas today they are Russia and China, overthrowing Mystery Babylon.

Brzezinski continues, saying,

Quote:
“First, America can only be effective in dealing with the current Middle Eastern violence if it forges a coalition that involves, in varying degrees, also Russia and China.”

A “coalition” must be forged. Right now, a coalition already exists between Russia and China. Brzezinski is suggesting that if the US is to survive the new alignment, it will have to destroy that coalition by inserting itself into the equation. Either make peace with Russia or China and use this new coalition against the odd man out.

Lots of luck with that one, Mr. Brzezinski. The US government has already destroyed its credibility with both Russia and China, which is why they have forged their own defensive coalition. Now that the US has lost that round, it could seek a new coalition only from a position of weakness. Worse yet, it could only be, at best, a coalition of cooperating enemies, not of friends. Any such friendly vibes, even if accepted, would be met with cynicism and no love.

Brzezinski then summarizes the history of western colonialism and how it has resulted in hundreds of millions of deaths around the world. While the west forgets this quickly, the victims of colonialism remember and are now venting their long-suppress anger. This is threatening the global order, he says, and certainly, he is correct.

Quote:
“Given all this [history of colonialism, especially in the Mideast], a long and painful road toward an initially limited regional accommodation is the only viable option for the United States, Russia, China, and the pertinent Middle Eastern entities. For the United States, that will require patient persistence in forging cooperative relationships with some new partners (particularly Russia and China) as well as joint efforts with more established and historically rooted Muslim states (Turkey, Iran, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia if it can detach its foreign policy from Wahhabi extremism) in shaping a wider framework of regional stability. Our European allies, previously dominant in the region, can still be helpful in that regard.”

Brzezinski fails to tell his readers that US policy itself, as revealed by General Wesley Clark, has been to destabilize the Mideast by the “supporting democracy,” that is, funding and instigating the so-called “Arab Spring” movements that overthrow “dictators.” US policy has not supported stability at all, but has attempted to weaken the Mideast nations. It is the height of hypocrisy to make it look like the US has actually wanted stability and global security.

But now that the US has lost that battle, due mainly to Russian opposition in Syria, Brzezinski now sees the handwriting on the wall and is calling for “accommodation” with “new partners,” singling out Russia and China.

Quote:
“A constructive U.S. policy must be patiently guided by a long-range vision. It must seek outcomes that promote the gradual realization in Russia (probably post-Putin) that its only place as an influential world power is ultimately within Europe. China’s increasing role in the Middle East should reflect the reciprocal American and Chinese realization that a growing U.S.-PRC partnership in coping with the Middle Eastern crisis is an historically significant test of their ability to shape and enhance together wider global stability.”

Russia tried to become a European nation, but the US blocked this, treating Russia as a potential enemy, rather than welcoming it as a friendly addition to Europe. The US brought Eastern European nations into NATO, breaking its promise not to move NATO “one inch closer” to Russia in the wake of the collapse of the Soviet Union. It was finally the US sanctions which drove Russia to look eastward instead of westward. This is how Russia and China became best friends in the first place, causing this major failure in US policy to contain Russia economically and China militarily.

Now Brzezinski is lecturing Russia that “its only place as an influential world power is ultimately within Europe.” He fails to admit that this shift in the Brzezinski Doctrine is an admission of failed US foreign policy. Since the US government failed to isolate Russia, and in response, Russia made friends with China, now suddenly we are telling Russia that they ought to become a European nation???

Brzezinski ought to be lecturing the US government to allow Russia into Europe. But instead, the sanctions continue, which hurts Europe as much as Russia! Brzezinski ought to be lecturing the US government to end the Ukrainian coup, instead of using it as an excuse to sanction Russia.

Brzezinski ends his article by concluding,

Quote:
"Since the next twenty years may well be the last phase of the more traditional and familiar political alignments with which we have grown comfortable, the response needs to be shaped now. During the rest of this century, humanity will also have to be increasingly preoccupied with survival as such on account of a confluence of environmental challenges. Those challenges can only be addressed responsibly and effectively in a setting of increased international accommodation. And that accommodation has to be based on a strategic vision that recognizes the urgent need for a new geopolitical framework."

The “new geopolitical framework” that is urgently needed is different from the one he advocated in the 1990’s and which has shaped US foreign policy. The old policy of confrontation and containment has failed. A new policy of “accommodation” is now the only feasible alternative, given the new political realities.

It is good to know that Brzezinski has changed his tune. We can only hope that his influence is just as strong as it was in the 1990’s, and that the US government will take heed. While Brzezinski’s motives are less than stellar, his decision to abandon his previous thesis is commendable. If he had known 20 years ago that the US government would fail to achieve world hegemony and to contain Russia and China, perhaps he would have made friends with them while they were yet weak and thereby establish warm and friendly relations with them, which would pay dividends in the century to come.

Even so, you know when a doctrine has failed when its own author repudiates it.

Breaking News: Next Blood Moon Sep 16th, 2016! Proof Tetrad is now Hexad!

My Comment : We are approaching the Fall Feasts. This year the Karaite Jews who inspect the Barley Crop in Jerusalem, declare a "leap year" for no Barley were found ready on the 12th Month; so they added a 13th month called adar.

Whereas most other Jews rely on a calculated method. Thus we find many different feasts calendars and often two or three sets of Fall feasts dates.

A. According to the Calculated Calendar method, the 2016 fall feasts dates are the following :

1st day of the 7th Month -- Sept 3rd -- Feast of Trumpet
10th day ..................--Sept 12 -- Day of Atonement
15th day ..................-- Sept 17th -- 1st day of Tabernacle
22nd day ..................-- Sept 24th -- 8th day of Tabernacle

B. According to the Karaite barley observation method, the 2016 fall feasts dates are the following :

1st day of the 7th Month -- Oct 3rd -- Feast of Trumpet
10th day ..................--Oct 12 -- Day of Atonement
15th day ..................-- Oct 17th -- 1st day of Tabernacle
22nd day ..................-- Oct 24th -- 8th day of Tabernacle

These two Feasts calendars (A & B) are exactly one month apart to the day. What's interesting is on the September Feast Calendar (A) there will be not only a tetrad sequence of signs (solar & lunar eclipse) but a hexad, and even an octad, and a nonad depending on what you include in the count.

This guy explains it very nicely :

Hmmm.
September has 30 days.
The moon cycle is 29.5 days.
Should you be amazed that from September to October is pretty close to 29.5 days apart?
(Just more hexing on the part of tetrad hexers)

We never had a tetrad, so how can it be a hexad?

Please explain. Summarize it; I don't feel like watching your video.
What constitutes a blood moon? Where should it be visible, that is, what location is important to "count"? Should it be 100% occluded, of which the past sequence was not.

Oh we didn't had an tetrad in 2014-2015? because they weren't full enough? or Red enough for you to consider them as an eclipse? No where in the Bible does it specify that these lunar eclipse needs to be full or to a certain degree "blood red". "Sun turning to darkness" and "Moon into blood" are Jewish idioms that means solar and lunar eclipse. Partial or full, these are still lunar or solar eclipse that constitute "signs in the skies".

At the time of Jesus crucifixion, we had 2 full lunar eclipse(32 AD) and 2 partial lunar eclipse(33 AD) on feasts dates. Despite the partial lunar eclipse, Peter still quoted Joel 2:13-21 on the day of Pentecost in Acts 2:19-21 to refer to the signs in the skies that everyone had seen. To me this shows that the Lord accounted for partial lunar eclipse for Jesus -- unless you think that Peter was full of prunes(and not of the Holy Spirit) and Acts 2:19-21 should be removed.

I think the video freeze point is a good summary.

Act 2:19-21

To me 9 signs in the skies on feasts days these past few consecutives years....is quite significant. More significant than at the time of Jesus crucifixion because simply there's more.

All we can do is watch and see what the Lord will do this year and the next. If it's not significant....then we can say these numerous signs in the skies has no meaning and weren't real signs.

My comment: I think we are going to see more of this type of "revelation" concerning Banks and central Banks as they are collapsing due to fraud, corruption, theft, and insolvencies.

Wells Fargo Fires 5,300 For Engaging In Massive Fraud, Creating Over 2 Million Fake Accounts
http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2016-09-08...n-fake-accounts
Sept 9, 2016
Quote:
For years we have wondered why Wells Fargo, America's largest mortgage lender, is also Warren Buffett's favorite bank. Now we know why.

On Thursday, Wells Fargo was fined $185 million, (including a $100 million penalty from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the largest penalty the agency has ever issued) for engaging in pervasive fraud over the years which included opening credit cards secretly without a customer’s consent, creating fake email accounts to sign up customers for online banking services, and forcing customers to accumulate late fees on accounts they never even knew they had. Regulators said such illegal sales practices had been going on since at least 2011.

In all, Wells opened 1.5 million bank accounts and "applied" for 565,000 credit cards that were not authorized by their customers.

Wells Fargo told to CNN that it had fired 5,300 employees related to the shady behavior over the last few years. The firings represent about 1% of its workforce and took place over several years. The fired workers went to far as to create phony PIN numbers and fake email addresses to enroll customers in online banking services, the CFPB said.

How Wells perpetrated fraud is that its employees moved funds from customers' existing accounts into newly-created accounts without their knowledge or consent, regulators say. The CFPB described this practice as "widespread" and led to customers being charged for insufficient funds or overdraft fees, because the money was not in their original accounts. Additionally, Wells Fargo employees also submitted applications for 565,443 credit card accounts without their knowledge or consent, the CFPB said the analysis found. Many customers who had unauthorized credit cards opened in their names were hit by annual fees, interest charges and other fees.

According to the NYT, regulators said the bank’s employees had been motivated to open the unauthorized accounts by compensation policies that rewarded them for drumming up new business. Many current and former Wells employees told regulators they had felt extreme pressure to expand the number of new accounts at the bank.

And, since it is US government policy never to send a banker to prison, they thought that engaging in criminal behavior was not such a bad idea.

Federal banking regulators said the practices reflected serious flaws in the internal culture and oversight at Wells Fargo, one of the nation’s largest banks.

"Today's action should serve notice to the entire industry that financial incentive programs, if not monitored carefully, carry serious risks that can have serious legal consequences," said CFPB Director Richard Cordray. He added that “unchecked incentives can lead to serious consumer harm, and that is what happened here."

"Consumers must be able to trust their banks. They should never be taken advantage of," said Mike Feuer, the Los Angeles City Attorney who joined the settlement.

On its behalf Wells fargo issued a statement saying it “is committed to putting our customers’ interests first 100 percent of the time, and we regret and take responsibility for any instances where customers may have received a product that they did not request,” the bank said in a statement adding that "at Wells Fargo, when we make mistakes, we are open about it, we take responsibility, and we take action."

As the NYT puts it, "this is an ugly moment for Wells Fargo, one of the few large American banks that have managed to produce consistent profit increases since the financial crisis." Now we know one of the reasons why.

As CNN redundantly adds, "the scope of the scandal is shocking."

And since nobody will go to prison, in a few months we will read another such "shocking scandal" perpetrated by another bailed-out bank.

My comment : On Sept 17 & 19 the US attacked the Syrian troops killing 62 soldiers and on Sept 19 someone(suspecting that the US is behind it) attacked a UN convoy to aid the Syrians. These attacks broke seriously the cease-fire agreement that was recently re-establish??? Every action has a reaction.... I wonder how this will be handle by Russia and China and their allied nations.

Below is a link to KP's blog that brings important quotes forth 3 articles about this.

Just a small sampling from the multitude of articles I’m sure are out there. The USA CORP military industrial complex is indeed being called out all over the place. This follows a prior Kp blog post about Syria.

Russia to Samantha Power: We ain’t got time for political whores—go away (Jonas Alexis, VT, 9-18-16)

“The violation was indeed an act of war, but neither Russia nor the Syrian government responded through retaliation but through diplomatic solutions. Russian officials asked for a UN Security Council meeting in order to solve the issue in a peaceful manner. That indeed is a rational position.

“But how did New World Order agents respond? Well, [United States UN ambassador] Samantha Power has the answer. Russia’s move, says Power, is a “magician’s trick” and “a stunt.” More importantly, continues Power, the Syrian government is exclusively responsible for the death of the servicemen and civilians… [she said] the Russians were trying to score ‘cheap points’ by making so much of the US killing scores of Syrian soldiers who were defending the Deir Ezzor airport from ISIS…

“People like Power obviously prove that the Ayatollah Khomeini was right on target when he launched the term “the Great Satan” to describe the Zionist State of America.”

‘Take a trip to Syria to see what “embarrassed” means’: Russia’s Zakharova to US’ Power (RT 9-18-16)

“In response to Power’s accusations, Maria Zakharova wrote on Facebook: “Dear Samantha Power, in order to know the meaning of the word “embarrassed,” I highly encourage you to travel to Syria and talk to the people there for yourself… I’m referring to the actual people that continue to live there in spite of the bloody experiment that has been waged on their homeland for over six years, with active participation by Washington.”

““Let’s go there together,” she said, promising she would shoulder the expenses of Power’s Syria trip. “Do say yes. Don’t be frightened. Nobody will lay a finger on you in my presence. Unless, of course, your guys don’t again ‘mistakenly’ strike the wrong target.

“[Vitaly Churkin] “The beginning of work of the Joint Implementation Group was supposed to be September 19. So if the US wanted to conduct an effective strike on Al-Nusra or ISIS, in Deir ez-Zor or anywhere else, they could wait two more days and coordinate with our military and be sure that they are striking the right people. Instead they chose to conduct this reckless operation,”…”

Press TV: Interview with Gordon Duff… th...in Dayr al-Zawr (Gordon Duff VT 9-20-16; interview and transcript)

“I believe it’s all been theater. But I think it began with the setup by forces within the US. This is one of the things that hasn’t even been looked at. But the real loser here is Russia and I believe this is initially a US attempt to interfere in the parliamentary elections in Russia.

“There are no accidental bombings by the US. The lines at Dayr al-Zawr, where the bombing occurred and where 83 Syrian army were killed, have been within 100 meters since 2015. They’ve been very standardized. The US and Britain bombed clearly long-established lines, using guided munitions, satellite surveillance and drone surveillance. They had a full surveillance package on this.

“This was very much a planned attack. To the US, ISIS [Daesh] is a small player. The US is here to destabilize Russia. Syria is the tool the US is using. This is how I see it.

“While the bombing was still going on, I received calls from two Syrian ministers. [They] called me and asked me what was going on and if the United States had lost their minds?… The US has shown a willingness to sacrifice any credibility of any kind.”

My comment : 2 banks are currently in the news for needing a bailout and another is under investigation for major corruption.

According to Jim Willie, after the 2008 Lehmen Brothers collapse all Western Banks has made an oath to stay together as a unit so that it would be more difficult for anyone one single bank to collapse. This agreement did allow them to survive longer in these current economic turmoils however this agreement will bring everyone down when any single of the allied banks collapse. So having 2 major banks needing a bailout might be the time indication that something major is about to happen.

My comment : A debt Jubilee has been brought up in the news more and more for the past 5 years. Now it's coming from the top -- the UN Economists are predicting it.

UN Economists predict greatest debt jubilee in history

Economists at the United Nations are predicting the greatest debt jubilee in history.

Prediction:

  • The third leg of the world's intractable depression is yet to come.
  • If trade economists at the United Nations are right, the next traumatic episode may entail the greatest debt jubilee in history.
  • May also prove to be the definitive crisis of globalized capitalism, the demise of the liberal free-market orthodoxies promoted for almost forty years by the Bretton Woods institutions, the OECD, and the Davos fraternity.
  • UN Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) annual report: ”Alarm bells have been ringing over the explosion of corporate debt levels in emerging economies, which now exceed $25 trillion. Damaging deflationary spirals cannot be ruled out.”
  • "If the global economy were to slow down more sharply, a significant share of developing-country debt incurred since 2008 could become unpayable and exert considerable pressure on the financial system.”
  • "There remains a risk of deflationary spirals in which capital flight, currency devaluations and collapsing asset prices would stymie growth and shrink government revenues. As capital begins to flow out, there is now a real danger of entering a third phase of the financial crisis which began in the US housing market in late 2007 before spreading to the European bond market.”
  • These are deeply-disturbing assertions. The combined US subprime and 'Alt-A' property exposure before the Lehman crisis was just $2 trillion, and Greece's debts were trivial. What UNCTAD is talking about is an order of magnitude larger.
  • Its prescription is radical. The world must jettison neo-liberal ideology, and launch a "global new deal" with a blitz of investment on strategic sectors. It wants a return of the "developmental state", commanding a potent industrial policy, and backed by severe controls on capital flows.
  • The UN's advice to the emerging nations is to retake control of their destiny and turn the tables on the financial elites. They should impose capital controls, preferential tax treatment for retained earnings, and force fund managers to hold assets for longer. They should allocate credit without apology, and learn a trick or two from the Korea's methods of "financial repression".
  • What is clear is that world will soon need a massive and coordinated spending push by governments to create demand and bring the broken global system back into equilibrium.

(VERO BEACH, FL) In 2008, TRUNEWS host Rick Wiles predicted that there would be a global debt jubilee in response to the global economic crisis which accelerated that year.

The UNCTAD annual report indicates that the globalists have conceded this to be a very real possibility.

Key Quotes from UNCTAD annual report:

Quote:
“The world economy in 2016 is in a fragile state. Neither financial bubbles nor export surges offer a sustainable solution to the tepid growth and weak labour market conditions.”

“There is no sign of a concerted move towards policy coordination among systemically important economies…a more ambitious policy package is needed to address existing imbalances and ease the constraints on faster growth, whether in large or small countries, surplus or deficit economies, commodity or manufacturing exporters, creditors or debtors. A global new deal will need to move beyond business as usual.”

Here's another link article about this prediction with Stephen Jones comment about it.

I found this article very interesting, because it is another indication how the term “Jubilee” is now becoming more mainstream than ever. This is an article from the Business Section of the UK’s The Telegraph.

Quote:
“The third leg of the world's intractable depression is yet to come. If trade economists at the United Nations are right, the next traumatic episode may entail the greatest debt jubilee in history.”

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/business/2016...with-epic-debt/

The timing of this admission comes as we approach the 20th anniversary of our Jubilee declaration on September 23, 1996. This week I have been receiving other indicators that this 20-year cycle is noteworthy.

Since September 23, 1996 was the Day of Atonement in that year, it may be that we should also watch this year’s Day of Atonement, which is said to be October 12, 2016.

I believe that at some point, there will indeed be a debt jubilee, not because the politicians and bankers want it, but because they will have no choice. This could well be the moment when the entire Babylonian financial structure collapses, and the world comes under new management under the kings of the east.

"They should allocate credit without apology, "

Is this meaning their recommendation to solve the greatest debt is creating debt with no restrictions?
