We called and found out from my wifes family that Puerto Rico has had over a thousand earthquake shocks come through in the last weeks, with the latest being a 6.4. We are traveling so trying to see if can get more news on what is happening. Sent from e-pad

We are seeing bits and pieces of the events on the news, and got a hold of several of the family, and they are safe but very worried. It just is one after another tremors, and they cannot know which is going to be a large or destructive, so it has everyone on edge.

They keep having them, and yesterday got hit with a 5.2 yesterday...https://www.livescience.com/puerto-rico-earthquake-large-aftershocks-expected.html More than 1280 earthquakes since December.... https://fox61.com/2020/01/15/magnitude-5-2-earthquake-shakes-puerto-rico/We called and they are going to safer open areas or to less devastated areas. We wanted to go but they tell us the shacking is cracking roads and many structures are compromised, so its not safe. We can only pray.

They have tried to get used to the constant shocks, but an earthquake or more every day since last year is wearing down everyone......
