Now, to be justified, a judgment must first take place. Peter said that the judgment would start from the house of God, my question is: what does this mean? Who are those in the house of God? When does the judgment take place for each individual person? According to Peter, when he wrote his epistle, the judgment already begin (1 Peter 4:17).

James, the “house of God”, during the MOB crisis, must necessarily be the “remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.” Thus, the investigative judgment of the living starts with the Remnant Church and ends with those who respond to the call to come out of the Babylonian churches (i.e., Catholic and Protestant) into the Remnant Church.
When “His people” are called out of Babylon, God does not leave them homeless or without a fellowship, therefore, they are called into the Remnant Church. According to prophecy, which church is the remnant church? Which one is the only church that keeps all ten commandments and has the testimony of Jesus, that is, the “spirit of prophecy”? If we can answer this question, then we can know which church is the “house of God” in the last days.
GC 480 In the typical service only those who had come before God with confession and repentance, and whose sins, through the blood of the sin offering, were transferred to the sanctuary, had a part in the service of the Day of Atonement. So in the great day of final atonement and investigative judgment the only cases considered are those of the professed people of God. The judgment of the wicked is a distinct and separate work, and takes place at a later period. "Judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel?" 1 Peter 4:17. {GC 480.1}
Revelation 12:17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
Revelation 19:10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See [thou do it] not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.
Revelation 18:1 And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory. 18:2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. 18:3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
GC 382, 383 Babylon is said to be "the mother of harlots." By her daughters must be symbolized churches that cling to her doctrines and traditions, and follow her example of sacrificing the truth and the approval of God, in order to form an unlawful alliance with the world. The message of Revelation 14, announcing the fall of Babylon must apply to religious bodies that were once pure and have become corrupt. Since this message follows the warning of the judgment, it must be given in the last days; therefore it cannot refer to the Roman Church alone, for that church has been in a fallen condition for many centuries. Furthermore, in the eighteenth chapter of the Revelation the people of God are called upon to come out of Babylon. According to this scripture, many of God's people must still be in Babylon. And in what religious bodies are the greater part of the followers of Christ now to be found? Without doubt, in the various churches professing the Protestant faith. {GC 382.3}

When all other people would be judge? Is it correct that those who would be judge are only those who would enter the gate of heaven and eat the fruit of life?

James, the biggest question to be resolved in the Great Controversy involves God. Everyone will be involved in His judgment.
3 But what if some of them were not faithful? Does this mean that God will not be faithful? 4 Certainly not! God must be true, even though all human beings are liars. As the scripture says, "You must be shown to be right when you speak; you must win your case when you are being tried." (Rom. 3:3, 4)
Those who wait for the Bridegroom's coming are to say to the people, "Behold your God." The last rays of merciful light, the last message of mercy to be given to the world, is a revelation of His character of love.

MM: According to the following passage, everyone will be judged - saved and unsaved humans and angels. And, as Tom pointed out, God Himself is judged. The law will vindicate God's way of handling the great controversy.
